Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is being used by the marketing department and the sales team (Marketo Sales Insight). Marketo is helping us a lot with lead generation and every emailing campaign we do. We use it for any kind of emailing campaigns (events, webinar, nurturing campaigns, newsletter etc.) and it is synched with SFDC.com and a WordPress website. Marketo Sales Insight has been very helpful for the sales team to track hot leads and thanks to its functionalities, we have been able to identify quickly leads that were the most interested in our solution.

- Creating email templates should be easier for a non technical person. Building a responsive email is a real challenge and the editor interface is not really user-friendly.
- Customer service has always been nice but sometimes, it takes a long time to resolve a case.
- Analytics reporting is not intuitive enough.
