Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams has been used by my company as a corporate unified messenger for both internal (text, voice, and video) and external (MP2MP video calls) communication. We used it as a quick method of communication when mailing is less suitable and/or sending of business documents were not required. As our company widely used other Microsoft products, such as MS Office or MS Saleshub, it was good for a corporate tool kit.
- Quick and easy way for urgent communication and short messages
- Available on Cloud (through Office 360), desktop, and mobile
- Has integrations with MS Office tools
- Poor quality of video calls
- Poor quality of quoting messages
- No possibility to create static, long-term group chats
- Poor search effectivness (hard to find historical messages in app)
- Ability to use form anyplace--cloud, desktop, mobile
- Included into business products pack
- Provided easy way for voice and video communications for internal and external purposes
The only reason of use of Microsoft Teams was its price, which was smaller that the price of competitors. But despite the lower price, Microsoft Teams supports fewer functions and provides less quality.
