Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for client workshops. It gives us an opportunity to brainstorm and interact with clients in remote and hybrid settings.

I have not personally participated in its integration but my upper management expressed that it was a fairly easy process.
Yes it has been extremely helpful as we navigate post pandemic times. We are able to effectively and efficiently collaborate with our clients whether they are in person, hybrid, or remote on the other side of the world. It was made workshops and market planning an extremely easy process and makes me wonder how workshops were run before we had Miro.

I recently created a Miro board for a workshop I was moderating with our clients. There was 30 people and the workshop went off without a hitch because Miro helped curate everyone's ideas in a neat and easy to read way. It is easy to pull the output from the workshop and my team finds it to be one of our most useful tools. Management feels it is less appropriate for in-person workshops as we try to switch back to a normal interactive setting, but I personally feel it is extremely useful regardless.
