Miro has been widely employed for various purposes, including brainstorming and facilitating team discussions. Its use extends to enhancing presentations with visual cues instead of traditional slides. The platform aids in efficient sprint planning and project management while aligning teams effectively. Users have harnessed its GenAI features for creating diagrams, compiling meeting notes, and conducting design tasks such as mapping user flows and journeys. Miro also serves as a crucial tool for customer research activities, from initial planning and note-taking to the final synthesis. Moreover, it caters to virtual collaboration needs by supporting design reviews, workshops with external customers, and fostering knowledge sharing within design teams.

Template Variety: Users have expressed appreciation for Miro's diverse range of template layouts tailored to different project needs, enhancing creativity and organization. The platform's extensive template options cater to various preferences and requirements, offering a wide selection to suit diverse project scopes and styles.

Real-time Collaboration: Reviewers have highlighted the platform's real-time engagement and updates as beneficial for fostering teamwork across different time zones, facilitating efficient collaboration and communication among team members. This feature ensures that all stakeholders stay updated with the latest developments promptly.

Effective Tools: Many users find the AI delete background tools effective for sketch uploads, significantly improving the overall user experience by simplifying tasks like image editing. The tool streamlines workflows and enhances productivity when working on visual content within the platform.

Performance Issues: Reviewers have frequently reported significant performance problems with large boards taking a long time to load, negatively impacting the user experience. This issue hampers productivity and frustrates users trying to work efficiently.

Limited Drawing Capabilities: Users find the drawing capabilities, especially for shapes, to be restrictive and have requested more variety in shapes and the ability to save brand colors. The current limitations hinder creativity and design flexibility on the platform.

Difficulty in Board Organization: Some users express confusion when organizing boards by department, struggling with determining the correct placement for new boards. This lack of clarity disrupts workflow efficiency and makes it challenging to maintain an organized workspace.

Miro really does help with brainstorming and visualizing how projects are being completed. Miro was more useful before we moved to project management in Jira (which is now the platform my company uses to manage projects). I know Miro can be integrated with Jira, but we have not yet implemented that feature. I've advocated for this feature in the past, but have not been successful.

It allows us to work together and keep coworkers up to date when we work from home. It also allows us to collaborate with other offices. We can check updates without having to send messages or emails. It helps us improve communication and cut out waiting for responses.

Miro has helped us work on projects across teams, specifically marketing and sales. As we build out our inbound workflow strategy, we're able to share our ideas with our sales team so they can get an easy visual of how we are driving leads up the funnel and qualify them.

Miro has had a large impact on my ability to collaborate on new projects across my team. Traditionally we would have built our product briefs using Keynote which means that file is a stagnate moment in time that is not a live document. Having Miro means that I now have a live document that is always up to date and allows me the ability to have side conversations with teammates within the board.

Miro's capabilities around enabling workers in remote locations to easily and effectively collaborate is the product's key differentiation and what makes it stand out as the platform of choice over its competitors.

Our overall effectiveness at remote collaboration was greatly enhanced with the adoption of Miro into our working environment.

We are a team that is global in nature and would be much less effective without the use of Miro's intuitive and enabling product. By bringing together Webex conferencing and Miro, we're able to work in convenient timezones, avoid costs for travel and increased our ability to be inclusive of all team members, regardless of their location in the world.

Miro has exploded in usage in our organization and provided a tremendous platform for collaboration across teams and geographies. However, the platform seems to have plateaued in terms of scaling with our usage. We struggle with responsiveness and as a result people are beginning to look for alternate platforms to accomplish the work.

We leverage Miro for most of our cross-functional projects. We use the templates to present findings from our research and then use the boards to manage and run live workshop sessions where all participants can contribute to the ideation. Miro is a great equalizer for all participants regardless of leveling or functional role. This helps us make sure we surface the best ideas.

Miro has had a lot of positive impact on my ability to collaborate on new projects. Any time I'm trying to build something but I'm not exactly sure what that something is, Miro is my go to tool. I love how easy it is to use and not intimidating to other users and how flexible the complexity can be (ie, I can still build complex process documentation, but can also just throw a few sticky notes onto a board depending on the need).

Their whiteboard feature has been really helpful to us as we can better organize our thoughts and control our project taskflow. But the sticky note feature within the whiteboard is the one I like the most as it let's me provide live feedback to others.

Absolutely! We work from all over and have people working on the same project from different parts of the work. This has personally impacted me and been key for my success. I will likely have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week thanks to this online collaboration.

We are an entirely remote workforce, and Miro has really shined as an effective replacement for in-person collaboration. We have even had team offsite gatherings where we have still chosen to use Miro even though we were in person together. It offers convenience and creates a lasting whiteboard experience, eliminating the need for wasting paper and markers and having to remember to take a picture of everything when you are finished.

The company I work for (thank God) is 100% remote. With this condition, tools that are easy to access and view and that facilitate teamwork are very necessary. For this, Miro is simply perfect. It works great for all the demands of the product, cs, cx and process teams and projects.

It was the only way that we, as early stage product people, could do our jobs during lockdown. Full stop.

Now, it's so intertwined in our process that it's the singular way that we share and collaborate. In fact, I did a presentation the other day that would have been done in PowerPoint/keynote in the old days, and instead I did it in Miro (mostly because I could do live edits, which helped quite a bit)

Miro boards have facilitated our company's adoption of agile methodologies. We use Miro to implement agile practices especially when it comes to building a project and settling a common framework. And it provides us a collaborative platform where team members can visually express and organize their thoughts, ideas, and information in a structured and easily understandable way.

My team had people from different companies and some team members were completely remote. Collaborating on projects through Miro was a great way to work together. I'm not sure how else we would have achieved the work that we did without Miro. Miro also helped in developing visualizations that were helpful when communicating with people from different teams or departments.
