Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com for project management, mainly for myself. It was originally meant to be used for more people in our company, but many use Trello instead. I like the UI of the app and also the customizability of the workflow within the app. The automations are helpful and make it easy to create templates, etc.

I've only experienced downtime from monday.com on one occasion, and it was because of a larger, well-known AWS server issue that had affected many companies/platforms in that time period. I use the native app vs the browser version, which sometimes takes a little longer to load.
