Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
We use Printfection for our 100% remote company across 20 states. I like how easy it is to do what's needed in one place and allow employees to choose their sizes when ordering. We've done a few one-off specific orders for particular gift items (like an end-of-year gift), and they've gone well. We've also ordered items from a separate company and had them shipped and warehoused with Printfection to be used in our inventory. **The Drawbacks: Protection is expensive, especially when doing a specific order. You get the warehouse, drop-shipping, and other shipping involved, but you pay for it. Their catalog items aren't always as diverse as is needed, especially if your company wants a particular item. Still, they always have something to cover the basics and sometimes the exact item you're looking for. The system is okay, but the function seems overly complicated at times. I'm very busy and very system savvy, and getting really familiar with it takes longer than the time I'm willing to put into it. ***Overall, it is a good value for the money and does the job well. If these drawbacks aren't dealbreakers, then Printfection does well.
- Inventory & Shipping process.
- Communication and customer service.
- Always meeting the basics.
- Pricing.
- Overly complicated website and processes.
- Limited ability to select items and transparency in the catalog (especially when making a specific order).
- Ship to individual locations.
- Housing inventory and warehousing.
- Easy replenishment if necessary.
- Slightly positive or neutral impact. If we weren't more profitable like we are, it could quickly become a negative ROI due to the cost.
