Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our full scope HRIS product. We use this for basic functions like onboarding (including signing all required onboarding documents), managing important information about employees (like pay rate, job title, etc.) and payroll, but it's also been a great tool for implementing SSO to enhance security, running detailed reporting, etc. Rippling has continued to add additional products that has allowed us to reduce the number of platforms needed within the HR team.
  • Customer Service and support is excellent.
  • Scaling and adapting to the changing needs of businesses today and tomorrow.
  • Implementing customer feedback to improve products.
  • Working with third-party vendors to set up valuable API integrations.
  • There have been many times where email notifications have either been sent to the wrong person, or several of the same notification has been sent multiple times in a short period.
  • Reporting feature can run slow and take a while to load when running larger, more detailed reports.
  • Sales people from other parts of the company will send sales emails to existing customers instead of having the CSM send regular updates on new features/product offerings.
  • We have not had to invest in a large People Ops team headcount due to their product offering and automations.
  • Less manual work all around due to products and workflows such as the employee self-onboarding functionality.
  • Reduced platform fatigue due to the suite of product offerings.
Rippling's system offered more products within one system for a more reasonable price, and was a more intuitive system to use. Because the system is so intuitive, it does the work of several people for you, reducing the need for a larger HR infrastructure. These were the main selling points and reasons we picked and have chosen to stay with Rippling.
They are responsive, helpful and always resolve the issue quickly.

It's intuitive, easy to navigate and they continue to make improvements to the UX to make it even more easy to navigate.

  • It's great for companies who do not want to invest in a large HR infrastructure
