Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct supports accounting and finance and time and expenses entry. It is used across the whole organization to track and report costs, etc. It solves the business problem of tracking time and expenses that are billable back to the customer.

Pros and Cons

General ledger core applications, such as cash management, AP, AR, etc., are fluid.
Dashboard reporting
Creating and customizing financial and statistical reports

Bill payment of invoices can be more user friendly.
Implementation of product software needs improvement of test scripts.

Sage Intacct Automation

The integration with the system is a benefit. It has the ability to integrate with other providers like CRM, but I did not implement that feature.

Alternatives Considered

OIt's one of the best out there for non-profit businesses.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sage Intacct is well suited for contracts or project reporting and dimension reporting. Can't think of a less suited scenario as it fits all my business needs. For example, to track grants at the project level costs and bill back to the grantor was easy to perform and track.
