We use Spiff to track commissions and overall performance regarding our own book of business, both from renewal and new logos.

I feel it's transparent enough where if there is an error I would be easy to identify. So far it has been effective and accurate.
CaptivateIQ failed to show the depth of details I can get with Spiff. Spiff is much easier to navigate and overall is a more effective tool to forecast and visually much more pleasing.
