Being a single-place for everything comp related, I can jump into Spiff and review the statements published by my compensation team. Should there be any issues or concerns, I can raise a ticket directly from the Spiff platform. This goes directly to the admins and for them I suppose, having everything in one place also allows them to respond right away. This for me helps in demonstating transparency.

Before, I really had no idea how or what this process looked like and prior to this that's not something we really had. Now this helps the entire organization have better insights into this process. So yes it definitely creates a better trust system and best of all any mistakes are easy to identify and correct.

I don’t feel like I need to double-check my paycheck, and I can go to accounting with any discrepancies in my pay packet and compare it with Spiff and know that we’re both speaking the same language and looking at trustworthy and objective data.

I personally feel that with the visibility into how commission calculations are made and that calculates are made accurately, helps me provide trusts with our sales reps and save both of our times. With the transparency over the calculation, there is control and 'check and balances' to the commission balances.

It has definitely increased my trust in how my commissions are calculated. It not only shows how much I've sold over a period of time, but it also shows the compensation rules for the different deals, and each of the deals that fall within the designated time period.

The compensation process is more simplified and transparent wherein we can now have a look at all the accounts that have been created along with the value that has been added to the funnel. <div>Moreover, overall trust has been increased that all the sales incentive calculations are correct and accurate. </div>

I feel I have more visibility into my commission and can check Spiff whenever I'd like throughout the month. Previously I only was given a spreadsheet for the current month at the end of the month to "look over" and approve. Now, I can login and see exactly where I am at and even toggle to previous months to see prior commission statements.

There is definitely still a level of trust that we have to put into the solution. There is still a portion of human manual input that has to happen, or a connection with Salesforce, and all of that working together, perfectly can come with with some risk.

It has not impacted how much I trust the organizatio because the data being fed into Spiff is still from my organization. So with that being said the data could be incorrect but this does still allow some form of transparency around the issue.

We have increased visibility across the board with our compensation process. Sales reps no longer ping me with questions about their commission payouts, plans, etc. They can log in and see exactly what they are getting paid and why. It also shows any clawback and keeps a record for audit purposes. We have much better alignment and collaboration because of Spiff.
