Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff in my organization to help keep track of my commissions from month to month and quarter to quarter. I can see how much I have sold over the course of the year, and determine how much I should be getting paid based on those sales. Honestly, for me it just take the guess work out of how much I'm going to be getting paid in my next pay checks.
- It syncs with your internal systems to show how much you have sold during the current period.
- It tells you how much you should expect to get paid based on your sales.
- It keeps track of how you have performed over the course of the year and tells you when you are in accellerators.
- It also details your organizations sales rules and payout rules so that you just have one place to go for all questions commission related.
- I think it would be nice to see how you are performing compared to the rest of your team or region.
- It would also be nice if you could change the commission periods to be quarterly instead of monthly.
- It would also be nice to be able to see how you compared to the same time the previous year.
- Definitely increased transparency into compensation calculation and rules
- I don't know if there is a tangible ROI for what we are using now, but I personally like the confidence it gives me to know how much I'm getting paid.
- Potentially improved productivity because we're not having to calculate our commissions on our own.
It has definitely increased my trust in how my commissions are calculated. It not only shows how much I've sold over a period of time, but it also shows the compensation rules for the different deals, and each of the deals that fall within the designated time period.
