Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use SPIFF to calculate all sales commissions within our organization across the globe. Spiff allows us to get out of spreadsheets which saves us days of effort as we no longer have to breakdown one main file into 50 sub files.
- Allows for one source of truth
- Allows for 24/7, 365 access
- Reporting is difficult to create and set up
- There really isn't any off the shelf solutions which makes everything custom and leaves room for mistakes
- This has increased our turn around time and expense in preparing commission payments
- This has allowed us to decrease expense related to processing commissions
- This has increased transparency within the sales teams but at the same time, alot of individuals are overwhelmed with the amount of visibility. There really is a fine line on what is to much for some people.
