Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is our central hub for tracking OTE and performance-based incentives. So on a monthly basis, our compensation team publishes our expected OTE and other incentives and we are able to review them right away within the Spiff platform. It is super convenient for me as I am also able to raise a ticket right within Spiff in case I have questions or clarifications on the published earnings statement.

It made my life easier but having everything in one place and having the ability to raise inquiries directly from Spiff and I don't have to spin up an email or direct message the admins. I particularly love the historical data availability and having the option to download statements as well.
Being a single-place for everything comp related, I can jump into Spiff and review the statements published by my compensation team. Should there be any issues or concerns, I can raise a ticket directly from the Spiff platform. This goes directly to the admins and for them I suppose, having everything in one place also allows them to respond right away. This for me helps in demonstating transparency.
I have only tried the manual way of receiving statements via email with the actual report being attached as an Excel file. This makes it hard to track and raise questions if there are concerns with the statement. Having to submit a query via email is also too clunky and too time consuming.

Spiff can serve well organizations that regularly pay OTE and performance-based incentives as it takes away the pain for users to track their OTE pay. It is also very convenient to access past reports for comparison or whatever purpose you may need it for. The build-in ticketing system also allows users to easily raise inquiries and for admins to have a single inbox for inquiries that they need to address.
