Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
As part of the upgrade process for one of the campaigns we manage, we were in need of a platform that could replace MS software. This
had to be less intrusive but at the same time have the most important
core features for communication, Webex provided this, more than enough
to be excellent to cover all our needs. It allows seemless communication
between all our peers, remote and in office.

- Light software options
- Indispensable core functions
- Ease of use
- Great support
- UI design
- Updates
- AI implementation
- Paid software over free options
- More options to manage directly the software as is your own
As far as CISCO related suits go, our only main use is
the VPN and end point security software option, which is essential in
most companies who value their internal security and even more in this
age where we allow the remote work of several associates. That, in
tandem with Webex, allows us to have a sufficient control over all our
devices and personal.

Managing Webex is an easy experience, and the amount of options that it
gives you are good enough to keep a good flow of data exchange between
all parties involved in the various calls and meetings we have to check.
Security is one of the main reasons we decided to rely on this software
as being part of CISCO reassures us.

The differences between both software can be marginal in some aspects,
but for the campaign in a proffessional level it was a clear win to
Webex due the quality and security of the platform, being a Cisco
product has more impact on the final decision, and in the end the
overall experience has been great, having used Twilio in the past, that
last part is my personal opinion.
