Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used Wrike as an efficiency tool in an advertising agency. It helped organize feedback from a multitude of stakeholders by task, which was previously disorganized and distributed via a combination of email and Slack. It also helps enforce a more formalized process for kicking off jobs, by requiring certain intakes.

  • Integration - team had hard time with moving away from Slack (can you make an integration? Or maybe there is and we didn’t know?) Getting emails that take you to a new workspace also made a lot of extra “noise”
  • We did not ultimately continue with Wrike due to size of our organization

Wrike is an amazing tool for process control and versioning clarity. We are a smaller business (under 50 people); our assessment is that this is best suited for larger organizations, where volume of tasks and make project knowledge more difficult to communicate and manage. The customizability is great, and customer service is top-notch.
