OKR software is structured around clear definitions and use of objectives and key results. Objectives are high-level, and establish the direction, intent, and overarching outcomes for the time period (usually the quarter). Key results establish how success for, and progress towards, objectives are measured. Key results are usually set as the best possible results, which means they are likely not all achievable at once. Consider whether these additional capabilities would be valuable additions to the organization’s culture.
