Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) currently being used by department managers and higher for big picture view of our sales and plumbing part of the business. Direct Reports who access Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) are limited to our Sales Team for comparative information and their own stats. No other direct reports use or have access as their KPI's are metered in our phone software (for phone reps).
- Compile data in a more 'readable' fashion for ease of absorption
- Merges well with Salesforce
- The ease of customization is heavily dependent upon Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) support.
- Not easily manageable if you are not experienced with higher-end filtering and cross-reference objects
It was not so much that we 'selected Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)' as it was 'Salesforce is garbage out of the box. How can we make the proclaimed 'best CRM on the market' actually work", which lead us to Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) through a complicated series of attrition exercises? As far as other options that function the same way, we are unaware of other options that we may have used in the past to compare.
Zoho Analytics Feature Ratings
Using Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
3 - CEO/President, Branch Manager and Sales Manager are their respective titles. The use of Zoho for us has been to display data in a visual way to comprehend meaning easier.
1 - In our use-case, you have to have a solid understanding of objects, fields and field relationships as they pertain to Salesforce and how Zoho needs to read those objects/fields to then showcase your data. Its almost like having to run 2 CRM systems to visualize the data from one.
- Visualize Data
- Interpret that visualized data
- Make comparative choices and decisions against the visualized data
- Audit projected data against QB/Accounting data.
- Making it a lot easier to SEE information that is contained within Salesforce
- Unknown at the moment. The ONLY reason we use it is because Salesforce's native ability to show/share/compare data sets is pathetic.
