Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social came into play to help with social media management. I use it mainly to schedule and pre-plan posts. This allows me to spend one long period of time to prepare and not have to worry about scheduling them on the fly and if I remember or not. It has created a sense of organization.

When deciding to go with Zoho, I evaluated other options. When it came down to functionality and cost Zoho Social won. As we progress and grow as a company we have not had as much time to use it. But we will be using it more soon. The future is digital and social so if we can spend one day planning a month of content it is beneficial to us.
Well Suited: Overall, it is easy to use and simple to understand. You see everything in one place and can plan for a week or even a month. Sometimes there is a mishap and posts are not posted. I wish it would tell you beforehand instead of at the time you scheduled it for.
