Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social across the whole organization for interconnectivity between the employees and to reduce the gap between different profiles. All our employees are on the tool with their profiles, one can apply for leave, discuss the task of the day, and all the work that is needing to be done in the sprint is discussed on the tool then each story is given to a teammate so that everyone can be on one page. This tool help the whole organization to be on the same track and stay connected.

158 - Our industry works on a tool known as ivend which is a retail software. We give support, development and perform sales for our product. We use Zoho tools for HR management as well as inter social media platforms which keep users updated and connected with each other. We have around 10 offices and we use Zoho company-wide, all the employees are their on Zoho.
  • We can say Zoho is quite expensive but the tool is worth having in an organisation so that one can easily be on the same page and on track with their team. Zoho provides multi-platform features which enable the users to look into the profile wherever they are and this can help when some of the employees are working from home or out of town.
It has features which enable great functionalities, it also gives HR management facilities which allow HR to track all the employees. People can create groups according to different profiles which helps them to work in teams. We used many platforms but this is among the best we have used to date. Since we have started using Zoho we've had very few issues and support was a bit late but acceptable.
It is very good in multitasking and working on different platforms, the only con is sometimes the support is quite late in replying with the issues. The app is very flexible and can hold great traffic. Also it has very vast functionalities which offer organization to perform many tasks and stay connected simultaneously.
