Maxemail is perfect for sending newsletters to customers, as well as triggered emails and lifecycle emails. It proves vast ability for you to use customer data to make rich personalisation, and gives excellent deliverability.

• No mobile application for 360 Campaigner.
• Furthermore, 360 Campaigner requires online classes, to make the software more efficient.
• Lastly, the dashboard of 360 Campaigner is inflexible and not practical to use.

• Maxemail lacks a lot of the 'add-ons' companies like mailchimp and others provide - such as landing pages and Zapier integration - but they don't need these features really and the features they do have excel above and beyond other companies.
• Maxemail user interface looks daunting and was hard to teach to some people.

360 Campaigner has a delivery tracking option, which helps us understand the moment an email has been received. Also, lead segmentation is a tool that helps us know our market, and keep the client's database. The drip email marketing is another feature that I see with 360 Campaigner. Lastly, 360 Campaigner can easily extract or dig the client's contacts from various sources.

• Maxemail was more experienced than our previous provider but the additional cost is small compared to the much higher quality.
• Maxemail has given us flexbility to try a lot of things that have improved our email metrics.
• Maxemail's customer service is quick and responsive so saves us time trying to get things done.
