I am not able to think of a scenario where Smartcare Software is less appropriate. All the scenarios that we use it for are appropriate and well-suited. We are very pleased with its user-friendliness, functionality and versatility and it allows us to function better and more efficiently than we would without it

[Hospice Tools is] great for hospice and palliative. Not sure it would work well for home health or other areas of healthcare.

• GPS not always accurate when recording clock-in location
• Give us the option to show or hide client's phone number from caregiver shift reminder email
• Provide the ability to tell when a message has been seen on the desktop version, just as we can in the app version
• Update tutorials and training videos to keep up with the upgrades

There are a lot of software programs out there that do the same or similar things, but we chose Smartcare Software because it was good value for money. All the functionality it offers address the elements of our business that allow us to be more efficient. It is user friendly and the support is prompt and knowledgeable
