When I have voicemails, I get an email in my inbox with it and I can even hear it on Outlook; no need to go through Genesys and hear [them] one by one. Likelihood to Recommend	The Access Group When you need to have effective communication and records of it with coworkers and/or clients. Calendar function sends a notification 15 minutes prior [to] an appointment or event and at the specific time of the appointment. Is not as well suited on calendar as it is not [very] intuitive.
