Anytime before in-person interview. Don't waste time doing anything else. Better to go with data. My suggestion would be to send candidates from resume screening stage or phone call stage to Adaface test stage. Candidates who pass are automatically flagged by Adaface. Those candidates take them to interviews. You will save a ton of time this way

It's an excellent platform for individuals who want to practice coding, improve their problem-solving skills, and enhance their programming knowledge. Organizations used this platform to hire. you can practice coding on the platform and strong your logical part but can't provide you with the experience of a live project where you build something for the real world.

Usability
Adaface
It's super simple to use. Cleanest interface I have seen. UX is straightforward. They do have help center in case you are stuck but I didn't need it (Used it to know about ATS integrations once). Support team is helpful. Strong positive feedback from our hiring managers for their test reports.
