adam.ai vs. Parabol

Adam.ai is a very efficient tool for meeting creation and management. It is really good for small and medium size of organizations. As I am still conducting a virtual office for my business, adam.ai works excellent for me. Though adam.ai has all necessary features and functionality, it needs to add more supporting tool to make the meeting more effective.

Parabol has been very useful in running meetings in person as well as digitally. Parabol become extremely useful for us in COVID when we used smart meeting scheduling and run them in an agile way using Digital Kanban board and sticky notes, easy to manage check-ins and integrations with internal tools.

Adam.ai has more functionality than most of the other tools. Most of the other tools that I have used earlier are not a total package. They have some excellent things as well as some downsides. But adam.ai is the perfect combination of features and functionality. So, I pick this meeting management software for my business

The capability to create reflections and comments while maintaining anonymity is a very useful feature that contributes to group engagement without individuals feeling that they have to censor what they say. Parabol's anonymous functionality promotes honest discussion and feedback that most likely would not occur when employees feel that their input would not be taken seriously.
