From the time of CORONA Pamdamic time, I have transformed my business into a virtual workspace. At that time I needed meeting software with reliability and advanced functionality that could ensure more engagement like a real room meeting. Then I found adam.ai. It has all the features I need like meeting minutes, notes, vote in the decision section, follow up, integration with
google calendar, automatic meeting creation with google meet and zoom. It's really an efficient solution for meeting management.
  • It is easy to set up and manage meeting with adam.ai with all the necessary functionality.
  • Adam.ai has all the necessary integration to the third-party software that is necessary for a perfect meeting management software.
  • Adam.ai has a very efficient feature like follow-ups which is very useful for the implementation of the meeting outcome.
  • It should have more supporting tools like Miro, Figma, Notion, Slack and Canva.
  • There should email follow-up for the meeting minutes.
  • File sharing should be more versatile.

Adam.ai has more functionality than most of the other tools. Most of the other tools that I have used earlier are not a total package. They have some excellent things as well as some downsides. Adam.ai is a very efficient tool for meeting creation and management. It is really good for small and medium size of organizations. As I am still conducting a virtual office for my business, adam.ai works excellent for me. Though adam.ai has all necessary features and functionality, it needs to add more supporting tool to make the meeting more effective.
