Overall Satisfaction with Parabol

We used Parabol in my previous company for a very short time to manage meetings effectively for internal team collaborations as well as for our meetings with our existing clients and prospects. It helped our sales and marketing teams improve meeting conversions and efficiency and become more agile and collaborative.
  • Digital Kanban boards and sticky notes help in organising information.
  • Agile scheduler helps in easy set up.
  • Notes maker and follow ups easy to schedule and manage.
  • Integrations with internal tools.
  • Smart Scheduling rules can be much advanced like Calendly.
  • More flexibility for users.
  • Parabol helped in better collaboration.
  • Parabol improved productivity.
  • Was not high on ROI in monetary terms.
Not as great as Peoplbox, although we used Parabol only for scheduling and managing meetings and not for managing Goals and agile sprints much. Our usage of Parabol was very limited and we used it only for a very limited timeframe. Have been happy with what we explored on Parabol so far.

Parabol has been very useful in running meetings in person as well as digitally. Parabol become extremely useful for us in COVID when we used smart meeting scheduling and run them in an agile way using Digital Kanban board and sticky notes, easy to manage check-ins and integrations with internal tools.
