I think Klevu is a great solution for brands looking to enhance their website. They have templates that may work for brands that don't have a tech team. Their product offering can also be fully customizable but this would require some development work on the brand end. Overall, would recommend them!

• I think you definitely need someone technical in house to help assist and customize
• They're pretty stern on pricing
