ADP Comprehensive Services vs. S2M-group

The skillset of the representatives is all over the place. You may get two different answers to the same question depending on who you speak with. There seems to be high turnover with the payroll rep, ours keeps changing sometimes without notice. Our HR business partner has been the same for over a decade and she is great.

The services S2M provides are high quality and the teams they provide consist of skilled professionals. S2M is well suited to be seen as partner that can support and guide you to achieve sustained pipeline growth. They put in a lot effort to understand your solution, processes, plans, and dedicate themselves to be in line with your strategy. They have been perfectly able to understand our identity and the way we want to be seen by our customers, and have subsequently put in practice. Based on the leads generated by S2M and the feedback from customers we have gained thanks to them, I can conclude that S2M has represented an accurate image of us already when touching base with them for the very first time

• s2m-group is particularly effective in creating brand awareness among prospects, identifying where interest in services exists, and converting those prospects into qualified leads. They are also responsive to any needs or concerns that arise during the project, and their regular reports and alignment calls help to keep communication clear and transparent.

• The file feeds that go over to the carriers. We are constantly finding errors on employee benefits. We consistently have to "babysit" to catch errors.
• The cases under the support section. They're difficult to read and ADP Comprehensive Services can be very slow to respond. If we call the MyLife Advisors, we typically get someone who isn't even in this country and can not answer our questions.
• When an ADP Comprehensive Services rep has to go into the system and "fix" something, or when there is an update, it seems like more errors are created in another area.

• Sometimes S2M-group cannot achieve a balance of results across markets, and subsequently sales representatives. We are working with them clearly on this to improve the targeting in markets with lower results.

I continue to be pleased with ADP and they rate well above the others in my eyes.

We learned about S2M from a new colleague who had previously worked with them. We had never worked with an agency like S2M before and decided to test it out. Therefore, we had not evaluated or used other agencies like S2M.

• They delivered at least 4 highly quailifed leads per month
• 50% of these leads were qualified sales opportunities
• We signed 2-3 new clients per year thanks to opportunities from S2M
• Hundreds of relevant market feedbacks that helped us shape and improve our startegy
