ADP Comprehensive Services vs. Slalom

The skillset of the representatives is all over the place. You may get two different answers to the same question depending on who you speak with. There seems to be high turnover with the payroll rep, ours keeps changing sometimes without notice. Our HR business partner has been the same for over a decade and she is great.

Slalom has been a close partner for us for our strategy, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. The firm's strategic guidance, project planning, and management for technology initiatives including cloud migration, and IT architecture have been impeccable. The team also possesses a number of core technology certifications across cloud vendors such as Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and a number of other critical platforms for digital transformation.

• The file feeds that go over to the carriers. We are constantly finding errors on employee benefits. We consistently have to "babysit" to catch errors.
• The cases under the support section. They're difficult to read and ADP Comprehensive Services can be very slow to respond. If we call the MyLife Advisors, we typically get someone who isn't even in this country and can not answer our questions.
• When an ADP Comprehensive Services rep has to go into the system and "fix" something, or when there is an update, it seems like more errors are created in another area.

• Enhancing usability of SharePoint for end users.
• Improved technical documentation made available across the org.
• Shorter time to deployment and execution.

In evaluating Slalom, we appreciated the breadth of experience that they possessed across functional pillars from business strategy work to technology integration experience to business change management.
