We don't do direct sales on the site, we wanted to drive potential clients to book a call and it seemed to serve its purpose in that sense. I'd imagine that for any business that is doing direct sales and could add in rewards or a referral program to existing clients, that this would be a great platform to do so with. Creating a referral program on your own is incredibly difficult and this tool allows for an automated system to send us an option to opt into the referral program. Their customer success team is very helpful and they're quick to get back to us when we have a question. We also love the ban feature when a customer abuses the referral program.
