It is well suited for our mid-size organization of about 2000 employees and about 400-500 postings (in average) every year. You need to have team members with some technology expertise to use NEOGOV Insight. It's not super user friendly. If hiring teams aren't comfortable navigating a system that requires tech background then it is not appropriate for your organization. Its not very user-friendly and the features/interface of NEOGOV Insight changes often times with new upgrades and enhancements.
