Appointy vs. Bookhint Online Appointments

Appointy is very well suited if you need a quick and dirty option to schedule meetings with people outside your company empowering them to choose a time and date. It is less suited for scenarios where you want to be in control or if you want to share info and attachments prior to the meeting.

Bookhint is perfect when your appointments have one or multiple reasons because you and your clients can edit the reasons at any time which automatically updates the appointment duration.

• Eliminate email.call back and forth with web based scheduling.
• Automate daily tasks to boost staff productivity and manage my entire schedule in one place.
• Understand my demands and needs and provide personalised solutions.
• Helps and provide a sub domain that we can use to to create our own page.
• Flexible time slot intervals.

• Each of our sales people manages their own availability
• We can reschedule and cancel appointments very easily
• The interface is intuitive and beautiful

• The interface is a little clunky / glitchy sometimes.
• The design could be improved
• It isn't the most streamlined process setting up the opening hours

• Synchronize with yahoo calendar

The level of customization available with Appointy is much better than any other similar application The integration with other applications is seamless & smooth as compared to others Dashboard provided is much more intuitive as compared to its competitors Data security & privacy is addressed in a much better fashion than it's competitors

• allowed us to utilize less staff time on scheduling and overseeing crowds for COVID testing
• saved time and money on staff time
• minimized staff frustration
• empowered staff to feel like they were part of the solution to use tech to improve practices
