Overall Satisfaction with Appointy
We use Appointy to book private sessions with clients at our wellness practice. It's used to coordinate appointment bookings and manage the schedule. It helps automate the process because we're not open every day so taking calls/emails is more complex.

In terms of interface, Zoho was a lot more pretty and well-designed. It also had a lot more features. It was a lot more expensive though, and didn't offer a free plan. That's why we ended up switching to Appointy, because we found that it still did the job and also more straightforward to use. For small businesses like us that don't need really fancy integrations, it worked well.
