As mentioned previously - able to send invoice based on amount , program code and division code ,supplier is very useful feature ; If an invoice does not fit into approval process than it is rejected and an email is received mentioning the reason

IES is well suited for multi-entity organizations. If the intercompany mapping is set up correctly, the access to consolidated reporting can be a game-changer. I could see IES working well for a company with traditional inventory needs, as it has many features that we do not use or need in construction. IES is adequate for construction organizations, although its project reporting is more limited than QuickBooks Desktop. Hopefully, they improve this in the future. IES is less appropriate for smaller companies or companies with only one entity. The price tag is high.

• choice based on Program codes / division codes - we use Xero accounting system and we have 22 program codes and 11 divison codes ; once invoice is entered in Xero depending on relevant program code and divison code, Approval max automatically send invoice to relevant person depending on approval workflow process . One manager could be handling multiple divison and program codes; if our approval work flow process is properly designed - it is accurate in sending invoice to relevant manager.
• invoice can also send to various managers based on General ledger codes ; this flexibility makes useful when manager is handling only certain nature of expenses regardless of program codes / divisionl.
• Approval process can also be designed based on level of amount ; and level of amount is derived from our Delegation policy. it makes audit of application of delegation policy easy ; we give copy of delegation policy and print of approval work flow process to auditor.

• They have the best support. Quickbooks has always had great support but have step it up a level for help with Intuit Enterprise Suite. They are always there to help by phone, chat, appointment. The people we talked know the system and how to help.
• They have been working hard to make this a great accounting system for Construction as they can. They have gone a long ways to help us to have one system instead of numerous different systems.
• Intuit Enterprise Suite makes it easier to have several companies under one roof. We quite often have journal entries to post between two or more of the companies. We can make the entries in one place.
• All in all we have been very happy switching to Intuit Enterprise Suite, so much so that we renewed for three years. We believe in what Intuit is doing with Enterprise Suites and they know how to create a great product.

• date and time of change in approval process ; for example if Mr. A was responsible for all expenses above $1000 in Oct 23 and from Nov 23 it is changed to $5000 . in Dec 23 if it is checked - it will show approval limit of $5000 ; but will not show from which date limit was changed. Auditor always asks this question when the limit was changed in approval max - we cannot prove it.
• If there is audit trail of who made the changes , when and what changes were made ; will be good.
• when we are in main page of seeing invoices awaiting approval - there are hundreds of invoices - searching for one invoice from particular supplier is very cumbersome job - we have to go by each and every invoice in order to find that invoice ; it will be good if we have search function on main page itself ; in current scenario we have to go to report section - input all filters and than search for that particular invoice.

• I would like to see them continue to include dimensions across other reports.
• I would like the ability to void transactions using a specific date of our choosing.
• I would like a live report writer for the P&L and balance sheet so I can move GL accounts into sections of my choosing.

The software is very user friendly and being able to create reports with specific data and export it to Excel is a great help in budgeting for annual costs and tracking where a certain program is getting more attention

Intuit Enterprise Suite helped alleviate a major pain point for our business. We now no longer have to prepare manual consolidated financial statements. This allows us to speed up the reporting side of each month end and allows us to spend more time analyzing the numbers as opposed to preparing them.

NetSuite was way more complicated; it required heavy user training regularly, especially for onboarding, was really complex to maintain and customize, required expensive 3rd-party consulting and customization, had complicated integration with other business systems, and was complex to build reports. Zoho Analytics was very basic and missed many important features that businesses need to run their operations.

• It has certainly made a positive impact ; it is definately worth its value ; when we are processing hundreds of invoices every fortnight ; getting approval of invoices in timely manner for all invoices is of paramount importance . as approval max has its own app - approval can be done on mobile phone also ; this is particularly helpful when staff is travelling .

• Overall our experience has been great - easy and smooth onboarding process
• Better support experience has surprised and delighted the team in ways I wasn't really expecting
• I like it more than I expected I would - the convenience of having it all in one place and being able to toggle through entities is really a major improvement
