Overall, if you are looking for a platform that can be customized to whatever criteria you are looking for in peer evaluations, this is it. You can determine the questions, the format, the cadence, the calendar, and it levels the playing field for getting apples to apples feedback in a usable form for management, and also for the team member being reviewed with both a quantified metric along with specific comments and feedback section from the team on each question.

Having AssessTEAM as our team feedback mechanism has systematized our peer performance review process and facilitated it becoming a regular and important part of our business. AssessTEAM is much easier to use, simpler yet more effective in its tangible insights and actionable results. It is less time consuming and doesn't require the facilitator to be so intimately involved in the process. Korn Ferry had so many feedback pillars that it tended to be overwhelming to both give and receive feedback.
