Likelihood to Recommend	It’s almost perfect for our needs. In particular, the ability to manage long and complex book structures and control styles and layout via media objects is a huge advantage. Usability	This platform is not intuitive and is not easy to use. The learning curve is steep for this platform. Also, there are lots of work arounds needed in order for basic items to be processed.
