Likelihood to Recommend For a customer centric organisation looking for a future proof approach towards customer service this could be very much be well suited if you have the capital and/or patience. Providing intuitive AI that can provide huge value to enterprise organisations, but perhaps less so to smaller ones that could deal with the customer experience on a more human / personal level

The team at Avaamo are at the forefront of the technology and the only way is up. This is not for every organisation as it's very much enterprise level but if your aim is the experience of the end user then Avaamo or a very similar option will be paramount
