Likelihood to Recommend	Azeus Systems Holdings Azeus Convene's security and collaboration features can create a great business case to introduce technology to the executive management team for board-related matters, especially if they are currently using a 'pen and paper' system. Would recommend for larger companies / large executive teams with busy schedules that find it difficult to collaborate. Incentivized Verified User Read full review	iBabs No answers on this topic
Pros	Azeus Systems Holdings Streamlined the way we prepare for, and hold board meetings. Our board meetings, especially remote meetings became more interactive. Instant distribution of updated documents. Enhances real-time collaboration. Incentivized Natalie Nickens Chief Administrative Officer Read full review	iBabs No answers on this topic
Cons	Azeus Systems Holdings Limited individual training sessions - The only clear and concrete advantage that Diligent has over Convene is that they have unlimited individual user training. But Convene is so intuitive and easy-to-use that you don't usually need to go beyond their free first 4 user/administrator training sessions. Sara E. Alternatives Considered	Azeus Systems Holdings As our Board only had confidence in pen-and-paper prior to this implementation, the benefits are obvious (higher security, better collaboration, remote enablement) Incentivized Verified User Read full review	iBabs No answers on this topic
Return on Investment	Azeus Systems Holdings Low cost of running board meetings. Open environment for discussion. Better decision making. Less time to prepare for meetings. Incentivized Natalie Nickens Chief Administrative Officer Read full review	iBabs No answers on this topic
