Using Convene was a step in the right direction because it improved board meeting experience, productivity and helps us achieve our organizational objectives. Convene proved to be very beneficial to us since we can share important documents during meetings and easily access all information related to the board. By streamlining our board meeting processes, it saved the organization time and money required to facilitate board meetings.

Most of the other board meeting solutions we looked into during the selection process lacked key features that we required for our organization. They were not for the entire meeting package and mainly provided an experience for the post-meeting processes.
