Overall Satisfaction with Azeus Convene
Azeus Convene is being used as a secure collaboration tool for our executive management team. The extensive secure document sharing, live presentation and collaboration features has provided them with the confidence to use the tool for sensitive and confidential business matters. It also provides a better connected experience for remote participants in management meetings with its ability to follow along with presentations in real time

- Live presentations (Especially helpful to remote participants)
- Collaboration tools (comments, polls, workflows etc)

- Training and documentation could be improved
- Quick turnaround for board approvals
- Lower risk of data leakage for confidential business data
- Improved collaboration
As our Board only had confidence in pen-and-paper prior to this implementation, the benefits are obvious (higher security, better collaboration, remote enablement)
