BHN Rewards vs. Loop Fans

BHN Rewards is great if you need to send a reward to an international audience. The ability to look at claim data is also helpful when I'm trying to prevent fraud.

• Sending gift cards to almost any country is easy
• Easy to add recipients individually or in bulk through a CSV
• Good customer support

• The main dashboard is not very useful for tracking your activity and spending
• Website didn't seem super reliable. Would see downtime occasionally.
• You can export reports to Excel but better built in reporting would be nice

Great overall. I like that I can control access levels, which means more people can use the tool without breaking something (or spending money on accident). Whenever I do have an issue, Daniel (my CSM) always helps me figure out a solution or the reason why it's a feature and not a bug

Both are good products, I honestly have no complaints with either of them. Rybbon's integration with Qualtrics is a definite plus.

• Using the paid plan where you pre-pay fees up front definitely saved us money in the long run
• It's a lot quicker and more manageable than using PayPal or Amazon gift cards
• Their support team has probably also saved us time by helping recipients who have trouble redeeming cards instead of us having to do it
