BISP Solutions Consulting vs. IBM Managed Services for SAP Applications

I found that BISP Solutions Oracle EPM Consulting was very well suited to handle complex system integration projects. This was very helpful for us, as we had struggled to find a vendor that could effectively integrate different kinds of systems, such as our financial, HR, and payroll systems in the past

It happened many times. We report an issue on our server and we trying to solve the issue by ourselves but after a lot of research, we found the issue is at the OS level and we need to inform IBM that the server is not working.

• Flexibility in Product Configuration: I like BISP's flexibility in configuring our Oracle EPM software to handle complex data structures and calculations. This allowed us to better analyze and report on financial data.

• One area is to provide more support for clients who are still learning. The learning curve for some products was steep, and it took me some time to get up to speed with how to use them effectively.

• Negative: User can't use the system if it not working
• Negative: We need to inform ourselves about IBM security breaches on servers that we do not have access to.
• Positive: Easier to plan maintenance for an upgrade.
