Likelihood to Recommend	BlackBerry It's so easy to have running lists that constantly need updating to basically live in a folder on your desktop. Open and save it like a regular document and then it's synced company-wide! However, syncing issues and almost non-existent customer support means that you're basically on your own to figure things out by trial and error. Support Rating	BlackBerry I've personally never talked to anyone from customer support, but my boss has. It took him almost 2 weeks just to get a response back and it wasn't very helpful.
