Dell SecureWorks is well suited for small to medium businesses with limited Info Tech resources to manage this environment. It is well suited for the monitoring portion of the process. I don't have the time or manpower to watch the I P S pane of glass 24 x 7. It is well suited for reducing costs for this type of protection

It's good; still just adjusting to Compass One. Not Blackpoints ' fault. I appreciate the recent adjustments to options and prices. No longer a 5-seat minimum. And multiple levels of services for different clients.

Both vendors didn't have an in-house managed offering. Cortex has an offering with a third-party vendor; Sentinel didn't have a managed offering.
