- Playbook and automatic remediation
- Incident Response to security events: Automation and specialists intercations
- Single Pane of glass for all the security events across all the footprints ( Cloud, SaaS, On-Prem)
- Increase Security posture
- Improve Brand Image with MDR
- SentinelOne and Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR (Traps)
Both vendors didn't have an in-house managed offering. Cortex has an offering with a third-party vendor; Sentinel didn't have a managed offering.

SecureWorks provides a feature rich solution right sized for our business needs. They provide full solution support, which includes hardware, maintenance, support, operations monitoring, notification and reporting, all managed through a universally available portal. Other companies we considered, offered similar offerings but with a much higher cost. Some of the other solutions would have required the addition of internal staff to keep the system running.
