Blue Marble Global Payroll vs. Deel

It's an amazing self-service tool that allows you to go and check your payroll details and benefits, you can navigate easily between different periods. you can print a copy of your paycheck. It allows you to change your bank account details. Sometimes the tool is not very responsive and has some elements off.

Deel provides a modern experience for employees and provides the employer with the peace of mind that employees are hired, paid, and administratively managed in a compliant way. Using Deel allows us to focus less time on the administrative stuff that comes with hiring and managing international employees, and more time on the stuff that matters

I have not used similar software before BlueMarble, before the implementation I used to receive a deposit slip for my paycheck, having said that I can express that Blue Marble is a great tool

I didn't review too many other platforms, but Deel stood out completely as it's globally compliant, automates contracts, and provides up to date withdrawal methods such as Coinbase.
