Overall Satisfaction with Deel
As a virtual freelancer and Contact center employee, I've come across every type of HR software. Using Deel has significantly improved how I handle contracts, payments, and compliance issues with international clients. I was really surprised that you can even manage the TAX documents of Caribbean countries such as the Dominican Republic. It has a User-friendly interface, is clean and easy to navigate.

Deel has been a game changer. It offers a simple and intuitive platform for signing compliant contracts, tracking hours, and receiving timely payments across borders. Compared to other software (Rippling) - Deel is better suited for independent contractors like me because it's purpose-built for Global workforces. Onboarding is fast and self-directed, and payments are the easiest to receive.

Using Deel
It’s more for HR, free dancer contracts, and also offer letters, these software is being used to manage all of that, and include with our payment.
This self work is being used mostly for the HR aspect, we manage all of our contracts with any of our employers, we also manage our payroll, paystub, and just the payment itself. It’s really good for international freelancers and to be able to just manage all of our documents, including any taxes files or any identification Documents.

Evaluating Deel and Competitors
Yes - Rippling - It’s just too basic, and even if you can use this to your advantage for your employees, it doesn’t offer you that amount of tools, for example for the upload of documents or even for the paystub part, it can be missing a lot of tools. Deel is more complete.

I feel that Deel it so complete that it made me have some type of expectations, and even a society when I first started using it, but from the first day that I used this software, I was totally shocked and surprised about how user-friendly and how everything is just displayed for the user to find everything with no problem.

For my case, I am really a tech savvy person so I feel that these was just one of the easiest tools that I was able to navigate. It doesn’t have to need that much of common sense because everything is just displayed on your screen so you have to read and use a little bit of your vitreous mind to just figure things out.
