Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Our scope encompasses full-lifecycle global worker management and our entire consolidated HR stack. We use Deel to manage US Employer of Record (EOR) hires, a worldwide contractor network, and direct employees. We also use Deel for HRIS, and expense management. Deel solves the problem of fragmented international HR and complex local compliance. It automated our previously messy, manual German payroll so we didn't need to hire a local specialist. Additionally, it solves our the hardware logistics challanges that comes with having a global team. We lack an internal IT department and Deel IT helps manage our equipment budgets, shipping, and handoffs.
