It's not an old app so it is still getting better. BMC is listening to queries from customers for improvements and corrections. I see good potential.

Admin tools is well suited if the number of tickets in a day is greater than 20-30. Any lesser, this makes no sense. Hence, this will be a good fit for companies that have a size of more than 200 employees

There is always space for improvement. In the BWF usage are is a wide range of use cases and it can not cover everything. We hope to work with BMC on improvements.

Great add on features to the existing tool. Could use more features like time tracking which is available on other tools.

• No impact on numbers, however, it has made working on Jira easier for both admins and the users
