Overall Satisfaction with BMC Helix Business Workflows

We implemented BMC Helix Business Workflows in Human Resources Department where is a wide range of use cases. The Integration with DWP Catalog is good and we use also the To-Do Tasks to communicate with end user (so requestor). Workflow Designer and flexibility in Implementation is a big value add.

  • Questions Definition in DWP Catalog where Case should be created
  • Case Fields Mapping in DWP Catalog Workflow
  • We are still not live
  • We expect faster HR Use Cases solution
  • Better end user communication
There is always space for improvement. In the BWF usage are is a wide range of use cases and it can not cover everything. We hope to work with BMC on improvements.
We didn't evaluate any other product as we have BMC Helix SaaS Solution

It's not an old app so it is still getting better. BMC is listening to queries from customers for improvements and corrections. I see good potential.
